My wife and I love our Heat n Glo fireplace. We wonder why we stayed with wood burning fireplaces for so long. The staff was first class from the top to bottom. We are so very satisfied with our nice, warm gas fireplace from the Fireplace Shoppe. The staff was terrific, especially Colleen. They were very knowledgeable and helpful when we were picking out the exact model that would fit our home. The installation went without a hitch and the fireplace works exactly as they said it would. In addition, they are very willing and ready to answer any questions that might arise before or after the sale and installation. We have used the Fireplace Shoppe for a number of houses and wouldn’t think of using anyone else.

Great service, and competitive prices when they are running a sale. Very friendly staff. My wood burning fireplace insert was delivered and installed weeks ahead of the initial estimate, which is a good thing with winter coming. I got a high efficiency model with a TRUE lifetime warranty (beware of some manufacturers whose "lifetime" warranty expires after 7 or 10 years - make sure you ask about that). Installation took about 2 hours and it works great. I'm a happy customer.
